All are welcome. You don’t have to know how to meditate. We have chairs, meditation benches and all the props you’ll need.
Each meeting includes guided meditation and a discussion based on the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda and his direct disciple Swami Kriyananda. The whole experience is uplifting, fun, and peaceful. Many who come are happily surprised at how well they can meditate during this meeting.

- There is no need to register, and beginners are welcome.
- Most people find it easier to meditate on an empty stomach.
- Wear comfortable clothing.
- No shoes inside the meditation Temple!
