Eleanor Johnson has been involved in yoga and meditation for 15 years. Two years, ago in an attempt to deepen her individual practice, she attended her first program at the Ananda Enlightenment Center in Nevada City. Her course in Mediation Teacher Training led her to the awareness that in order to “deliver” meditation more effectively, she would need to expand her skills to become a Yoga teacher as well.
Having completed the YTT program in November 2012, she began teaching yoga and meditation at a holistic health center. Currently she is working on securing her Level II, YTT certification and continues her education with the Ananda Center in the area of “Yoga as Therapy”. Eleanor’s class promises to be a mix of styles with a focus on Ananda Hatha Yoga and Meditation. You can expect to find her class to be suitable for all skill levels, with an emphasis on proper form and technique.
