Here in the west Hatha Yoga has become quite popular. But Hatha Yoga was never intended to be practiced as it’s own separate system. It is not a separate form or “path” of yoga. It is only the physical branch of Raja Yoga. Raja Yoga, “the royal yoga”, has been practiced for thousands of years.
