Yoga For Kids

Yoga for KidsYoga is not just for adults! In this class, kids ages 6 to 11 will learn to:

  • Exercise by stretching the whole body
  • Breath deeper
  • Relax and feel calmer
  • Connect mind, body, and soul with spirit
  • Practice short guided meditation
  • Have fun and more!

This joyful hour long yoga practice is a wonderful way for kids to step back from the outside media’s noise to experience the light of peace within their own being. Parents are always more than welcome to participate too!
