Restorative Yoga is the practice of asanas done on the floor supported by props, such as blankets and pillows. Using props for the postures allows the student to hold the posture longer while creating a state of peace and calm in the body to heal and restore to its natural state of optimal health. Students will focus on breathing as they release from outer involvements and turn inwards to a meditative state.
Fridays, 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Mats and blankets are available to use for free. Please wear comfortable and loose fitting clothing.
