Harmonize your body, mind and soul to go deep into the spirit of yoga in this weekly class. In a meditative approach that is both physically exhilarating and inwardly joyful, Paul will guide you with yoga postures, breath-work, and short meditations to release away tensions that create toxins in the physical and subtle body. In addition, you will find increased mental clarity, physical strength, flexibility, and a natural flow of energy. All levels of age and experience are welcome in a method that combines safe body alignment with inner exploration.
