Join us at Ananda South Bay on Tuesday evenings (except the first Tuesday of the month) for an on-going Drop-in meditation class where you can learn breathing and concentration techniques.
Guided meditations will include affirmation, visualization, mantras, and healing prayers lead by Ananda instructors based on the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda and His direct disciple Swami Kriyananda.
